Irvine, California | August 25, 2025: Consumer electronics giant TCL has unveiled its new Z100 Wireless Home Theater Speaker System, the first in the United States to feature Dolby Atmos FlexConnect technology.

The launch marks TCL’s expansion beyond soundbars, introducing a new category of wireless home audio designed to work seamlessly with its 2025 QD-Mini LED TVs.

What is Dolby Atmos FlexConnect?

Dolby Atmos FlexConnect allows users to place speakers anywhere in a room without worrying about traditional setup restrictions. The system automatically calibrates sound for the room’s layout, ensuring an optimized spatial audio experience for movies, music, and gaming.

  • Speaker Design: Incorporates rare-earth magnets, silk membrane tweeters, and separate channels for main, bass, and height (1.1.1).

  • Expandable System: Connect up to four speakers and an optional wireless subwoofer.
  • Compatibility: Works with TCL’s QM8K, QM7K, and QM6K TVs, syncing with TV speakers for a fuller Dolby Atmos soundstage.
