August 6, 2025 — After a record-breaking run at the box office, romantic drama Saiyaara has begun to show signs of slowing down in its third week. The film, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, earned ₹2.5 crore on Tuesday, taking its total domestic collection to ₹304.60 crore.
Slower Pace in Week 3
Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara opened to strong numbers and maintained momentum through its first two weeks. However, competition from new releases is beginning to affect its box office pull. Day 19 marked a slight increase from the previous day’s ₹2.35 crore, but the overall dip compared to earlier weeks is now evident.
Despite the slowdown, the film maintained a decent 23.30% occupancy in Hindi-speaking regions on Tuesday, peaking at nearly 32% during night shows.

Ahaan Panday’s Breakout Moment
Saiyaara marks the big-screen debut of Ahaan Panday, and the film’s strong box office performance has established him as a promising new face in the industry. His on-screen chemistry with Aneet Padda and the film’s emotional narrative have resonated well with audiences.
Growing Competition Ahead
With films like Mahavtar Narsimha, Son Of Sardaar 2, and Dhadak 2 gaining traction, Saiyaara faces increasing competition. On Tuesday alone, Son Of Sardaar 2 collected ₹2.5 crore (total: ₹29.60 crore), while Dhadak 2 added ₹1.6 crore (total: ₹14.35 crore).
The romantic drama now has just over a week before War 2—featuring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani—hits theatres on August 14. That release is expected to dominate the box office, meaning Saiyaara has a limited window left to push its earnings higher.
