Google is gearing up for its next big hardware launch, and the spotlight is firmly on the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Ahead of its August 20, 2025 debut — alongside the Pixel 10 series — Google has dropped an official teaser, revealing major design and performance upgrades for its new foldable flagship.
Refined Premium Design
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold adopts a book-style foldable form factor with a satin metal frame, Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and IP68 dust and water resistance — a durability rating rarely seen in foldables. Rounded corners, flat sides, and Google’s iconic horizontal camera bar give it a signature Pixel look, while the foldable’s hinge design appears more seamless than its predecessor.
Available in two striking finishes — Moonstone and Jade — the device clearly targets the ultra-premium segment.
Display & Camera Enhancements
The teaser confirms a larger, brighter cover display, making it more functional when folded. Inside, the main foldable panel now supports a 120Hz refresh rate, promising ultra-smooth scrolling and visuals.
While Google hasn’t detailed the full camera specs yet, the rear camera bar is expected to pack upgraded sensors and software optimizations, building on Pixel’s computational photography strengths.
Performance Boost with Tensor G5
Under the hood, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will run on Google’s new Tensor G5 chipset, delivering better AI-driven features, improved power efficiency, and enhanced multitasking capabilities. This positions the foldable to compete directly with top-tier rivals from Samsung, OnePlus, and Honor.
