Donald Trump Dismisses Health Rumours, Says He Has “Never Felt Better”

Washington – US President Donald Trump has brushed aside viral rumours about his health, declaring on Truth Social that he has “never felt better”. His remarks came after the hashtag #TrumpIsDead began trending on X, fueling speculation about his condition.

Viral Trend and Trump’s Response

The controversy began when conservative commentator DC Draino criticised what he called a media “double standard,” comparing Trump’s visibility to that of Joe Biden. Responding to the post, Trump wrote: “NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE.” He also claimed that Washington DC had become a “crime-free zone.”

The rumours gained traction last week after the White House released a blank public schedule for Trump. Social media chatter intensified when photos of him playing golf were dismissed by some users as fake.

VP JD Vance Defends Trump’s Fitness

Vice President JD Vance sought to downplay concerns, saying Trump remained highly energetic and fully engaged. “He’s the last person making calls at night and the first one in the morning. Yes, tragedies happen, but I am confident the President is in good shape,” Vance said in an interview.

He added that if the unexpected occurred, his experience alongside Trump had prepared him to step in.

Health Concerns Over Bruises and Swelling

Speculation about Trump’s health has surfaced multiple times this year after bruises and marks were spotted on his hands and later his leg. The White House explained that the bruises were due to frequent handshakes and aspirin use.

In July, officials confirmed that the 79-year-old President suffers from chronic venous insufficiency, a condition affecting blood circulation in the legs.

Pop Culture Angle

The rumours were further amplified when The Simpsons creator Matt Groening jokingly linked the show’s eventual ending to Trump’s death, quipping that “there will be dancing in the streets” when that day comes.

Despite the online chatter, Trump and his team have repeatedly insisted he remains fit to serve, with the President himself calling the speculation baseless.
