Minneapolis, Minnesota – A man was fatally shot by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents early Tuesday morning, marking the second such incident involving ICE in the city this month. The shooting occurred during an operation targeting a suspect wanted on outstanding warrants, according to ICE officials.

ICE agents, working with the Minneapolis Police Department, were attempting to apprehend a man identified as Suleiman Ali Hassan, a 32-year-old Somali-American. Authorities allege Hassan was the subject of an ICE detainer related to a previous conviction.
